The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We try to find ways to keep that temple in good working order.
Emotional health directly contributes to wellbeing through hormonal balance and stress reduction.
Learning is a lifelong process. Care and feeding of the intellect is a form of stewardship we support at Aldersgate.
Our spiritual health is no less important than any other part of wellbeing and is supported in a variety of ways at Aldersgate.
Not to be forgotten, connection to a social and spiritual community is a core aspect of holistic health and wellbeing.
