2022 Stewardship Campaign – Our Story: Thanksgiving
As you consider your pledge, we invite you into true thanksgiving AS IF our hopes for the future are already realized. Our 2022 Stewardship campaign runs the first three weeks of November. Pledge Cards are due November 18th!
As we arrive into our perennial stewardship campaign in which we remember the stories, both last year’s “God’s Story-Generosity” and this year’s “Our Story-Thanksgiving”, let us remember how we arrive here, by living each and every day AS IF God takes care of us and we, the body of Christ, take care of one another and our world.
This past year would not have been what it was without your faithfulness – thank you. Let us steward forward AS IF we are God’s people already experiencing in dry seasons, God’s rain and spring new crops.
Thanks be to God!

Our Story: Thanksgiving Stewardship Campaign Introduction
Aldersgate Church intentionally reaches out and provides opportunities of connection to enrich our faith and community with hope, inclusivity, and affirmation of all as if the broken world is healed.
Worship brings us into a transformational encounter with God in which we experience belonging, believing, and becoming. AUMC hybrid worship offers inclusive, music-filled services allowing our connection to be far-reaching. Our desire is to worship God and be one in Spirit.
Mission & World Community
The love we receive from God energizes us to reach out to the world to share the good news in many ways. “Mission” is simply how we join God through faith in action and act on the love, hope and peace with justice we have received through Christ. Also, as part of the connectional United Methodist Church, we support conference work that directs and expands the work of the broader church regionally and globally.
Building & Grounds
We are blessed to be the caretakers of a beautiful church in an expansive natural setting. The building provides us a place to worship together as well as a studio to broadcast and share our joy online with the world. It provides safe places to learn and gather and gives space to support and feed others. Our facility is shared and appreciated by many groups in our community, and the grounds are enjoyed by many of our neighboring residents, young and old. This property has a life filled with people that breathes all through the week, not only on Sunday Morning.
