After 10 plus years of playing and singing with the Contemporary Worship Band, Roger at last feels he has the experience to lead the band.  He’s been a pop/rock/country/dance band member, playing guitar and singing since his teens, playing in bars, hotels, coffeehouses, parties, camp fires, and now, in service to a community of like-minded Christians.  He gives credit to his wife Kate, and his 4 wonderful kids leading him here, as well as all of the musicians and leaders that came before him.

When not playing music at AUMC and with his other band, Inner Voices, he helps people with home loans, volunteers at local schools and neighborhoods, enjoys getting out in the glorious outdoors in the Puget Sound area, and spends time with the family.
